Day 01    

Arrive in Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet Autonomous Region, and the center of Tibetan politics, economy, culture and religion. then transferred to the hotel

 
Day 02  

Lhasa Tour. Visit the PotalaPalace – a bright pearl on the roof of the world. Originally built in the 640’s, during the reign of King Songtsan Gampo with 13 storey, 1000rooms. The Jokhang temple, a massive building consisting of three floors and an open roof all filled with chapels and chambers, has umdergone extensive reconstruction and additions since the 7th century, particularly during the 17th century reign of the 5th Dalai Lama. You will also visit the circular Barkhor Street with innumerable shops and wayside peddlers , as well as the TibetanMuseum;


Day 03  

visit the Drepung Monastery, was founded in 1416 by one of Tsong Khapa’s disciples. It was the largest and richest of the three major Yellow Sect Monasteries in Lhasa; one of the largest monasteries in the world . The sera, one of the three largest monasteries of Gelugpa, sits at the foot of Hill Tatipu. It’s asprestigious as Drepung and Ganden, which had a longer history. Day 04  

Lhasa -Gyangtse

Visit Gyangtse by coach, the third largest city of Tibet, situated at an altitude of 12,465 feet. This is the untouched hinterland of Tibet. Gyantse witnessed its prosperity as a trade transit with India in the past. In the 20th century, it became a battle field when the British colonists invaded Tibet. You’ll stop at YundrokYumtsoLake and enjoy a picnic lunch with lunch box from the hotel. Visit the Baiju Monastery, embraces all sects of Buddhism, which is rare in Tibet.

 
Day 05  

Gyangtse-Shigatse

Travel by coach to Shigatse, a history of more than 5 centuries, formerly called Tsang and ever rivalied Lhasa. Visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery, a very influential monastery in Tibet. It was founded in 1477 by Gendun Drubpa, the first Dalai Lama and a most disciple of Tsong Khapa.

Day 06  

Shigatse-Lhasa

Return to Lhasa by coach and transfer to the hotel;

 
Day 07  

Transfer to the airport and leave for Tibet.
